| Warranty WARRANTY Free three year extended warranties on selected brands! Hygiene for Healthtm appreciates your business and offers the following extended warranties at no charge: Three year* extended parts and labor warranty ( except seat and lid ) on all NAiS-Panasonic, INAX, SCS, Olympia, Hometech, Bio Bidet and Takagi* products. If any unit fails after the expiration of the manufacturers warranty, Hygiene For Healthtm will pay for the labor and supply the necessary parts to correct the defects providing replacement parts are still available. Freight and any costs associated to return the unit are not included. * Three years from original purchase date. We will use the manufacturers individual guidelines in determining if the failures are within their intentions of warranty failure. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT IN CASE OF FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. ALL PRODUCTS WE SELL ARE WARRANTED BY THE RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS. THERE ARE NO OTHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OTHER THAN WHAT EACH MANUFACTURER PROVIDES OR AS STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. IF ANY PRODUCT FAILS UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD PLEASE CONSULT THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL YOU RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. A COPY OF THIS WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE BY REQUEST FROM EACH MANUFACTURER. ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE MANUFACTURER. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CARTON. ANY CARTONS RECEIVED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AT THE WAREHOUSE RECEIVING STATION . WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING IN EITHER DIRECTION or CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES.
