PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL PRODUCTS WE SELL FIT ALL TOILETS. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND MAKE CERTAIN YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT SEAT.
INSTALLATION ANY DIFFICULTIES OR QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS MAY BE DEALT WITH BY CONTACTING THE MANUFACTURER OR OUR TECHNICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT 360-681-0753 MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00AM AND 4:00PM PACIFIC TIME.
RETURNS DUE TO THE HYGIENIC NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ITS RETURN AFTER HAVING BEEN INSTALLED. IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS RELATED TO PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE ORDERING. ONCE THIS CARTON IS OPENED, IT BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO RESELL ITS CONTENTS WITHOUT COSTLY INSPECTING AND RE-BOXING OF THE UNIT. IF THEY ARE RE-BOXED BY US THEY ARE APPROPRIATELY MARKED AND THE SELLING PRICES ARE REDUCED. ONCE OPENED, WE ARE THEREFORE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE CONTENTS OF THIS CARTON BACK FOR FULL CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. NEW CARTONS, MANUALS AND ANY MISSING PARTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT. ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AT THE WAREHOUSE RECEIVING STATION. WE WILL STRIVE TO ASSURE THAT YOU GET A FACTORY SEALED CORRECT PRODUCT AT THE INITIAL TIME OF ORDERING. IN CASE OF MISTAKES, WE WILL ALSO BE AS FLEXIBLE WITH THIS POLICY AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING IN EITHER DIRECTION or CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES.
