A note to NAiS and Panasonic customers: In 1990 Hygiene for Healthtmand Matsushita began marketing Personal Hygiene Systems in North America. After a 15 year relationship, Matsushita underwent some internal reorganizing and decided to discontinue supplying their current model Personal Hygiene Systems to this market. This includes NAiS models CH785, CH6301, CH631, CH622 and Panasonic models DLV52 and DLV53. Matsushita and Hygiene for Healthtm will continue to support the units we have distributed throughout North America with parts and service for the next 7 years. Hygiene for Healthtm has agreed to supply parts and provide warranty and out of warranty service for all of their latest models. Matsushita continues to be a global leader in the Bidet Seat industry making many new and exciting models and we hope that they will return to this market with new models very soon.
Effective March 31, 2005 Panasonic-NAiS has discontinued the sales of all new bidet products in North America.  |
